CERAMIC TILES

A word from the owners
Welcome to Classic Tile Imports, a truly family owned and operated business that has been in Elmira since 1973. We will soon be celebrating 50 years of community support and opportunities to be a resource for all your tile needs in the Twin Tiers.
Mike grew up in this business and learned from the bottom up from Bob and Carol Zaffarese. Holly joined the business in 2014 after Mike and Holly were married. Holly has been learning everything from Mike and has worked in customer service for many years prior to that. At Classic Tile, we are invested in being a valuable resource to other contractors and homeowners alike. We believe in educating installers in proper installation methods, so they avoid callbacks and homeowners get the best results possible. We offer quality materials to get you the most beautiful and long lasting indoor or outdoor project including custom showers, backsplashes, floors, patios, and any other area you can envision being tiled. It is also particularly important to us to use the correct tools and materials to do your job correctly the first time.
Our showroom is a mix of big city selections and small town caring while providing excellent customer service. When you come into our large showroom you will find Holly and Jimmy Valentine (our Rottweiler) helping customers. When you hire us to provide your tile installation, Mike and his team will be the ones doing your tile work. We genuinely enjoy our business and believe in the products we sell.
